Refund Policy

1. Digital Content

ClaimAICredits provides digital content in the form of curated AI startup credit listings and step-by-step claiming guides. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally non-refundable once you have accessed the premium content.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Billing errors: You were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or charged after cancellation.
  • Service unavailability: The Platform was significantly unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle, preventing you from accessing the content you paid for.
  • Material misrepresentation: The content was materially different from what was described or advertised at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing and accessing premium content.
  • Inability to use a third-party credit or perk (as these are managed by the respective companies, not by ClaimAICredits).
  • Partial subscription periods — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
  • Failure to cancel before an auto-renewal date, if you had received renewal reminders.

4. EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

However, by subscribing and accessing premium content, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The digital content is made available immediately upon subscription.
  • You expressly consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal right once the content has been accessed.

If you have not yet accessed any premium content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at team@claimaicredits.com with:

  1. Your account email address.
  2. The date and amount of the charge.
  3. The reason for your refund request.
  4. Any relevant documentation (screenshots of errors, duplicate charges, etc.).

6. Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refunds are separate actions:

  • Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund returns payment for a charge already made, subject to the eligibility criteria above.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in your account being suspended. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
