1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClaimAICredits ("we," "us," "our"), located at claimaicredits.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ClaimAICredits is a curated directory of AI startup credits, cloud perks, and software deals. We aggregate publicly available information about startup programs and provide step-by-step guides to help founders claim these offers. Our service includes:

• A searchable catalog of 217+ AI and SaaS startup credits
• Step-by-step claiming guides (available with a paid subscription)
• Category-based browsing and filtering
• Regular updates as new perks become available

We do not guarantee the availability, value, or eligibility criteria of any third-party credits listed on our Platform. The offers are provided and managed by the respective companies, and their terms may change at any time without notice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

Access to premium content (including step-by-step guides) requires a paid subscription. We offer multiple subscription plans as displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are processed through our payment partner, Polar.sh, which uses Stripe for payment processing.

3.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). The billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription purchase.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at each renewal.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle following notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at team@claimaicredits.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are generally final. However, we may issue refunds in the following cases:

• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or experienced duplicate charges.
• Service issues: If the Platform was significantly unavailable or the content was materially different from what was advertised.
• Within 14 days: EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive, unless they have already accessed premium content.

6. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share premium content (including step-by-step guides) with non-subscribers.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection or access-control mechanisms.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, guides, data compilations, design, logos, and software — is the property of ClaimAICredits or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-party trademarks and logos displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform.
• That any third-party credit or perk will be available or that you will qualify.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimAICredits and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services (including claiming credits) are governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClaimAICredits and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or legal proceedings in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
